About

01

A local contractor who still answers the phone.

Owner Name started Imperial Environmental after years on abatement and renovation crews across the New York area, seeing firsthand how much a careful, honest contractor matters to the people who live and work in a building.

Imperial is still run that way. The owner walks every job, explains the findings in plain language, and stays involved until the last piece of paperwork is done.

Off the clock

03

Saturdays in the wood shop.

Owner Name spends weekends rescuing old furniture: stripping decades of paint off chairs and dressers, repairing joints and bringing the grain back. It turns out to be the same instinct as the day job: take something tired, do the careful prep, and leave it better than you found it.

Motto

04

Do it right, prove it, and leave it better than we found it.

Every Imperial job ends the same way: verified results and a closeout package you can hand to anyone who asks. If we can’t prove it is safe, we are not done.

05

How we work

01

Safety first

Containment, protective equipment and air monitoring are never optional, whatever the size of the job.

02

Plain answers

Clear findings, clear prices and no fear-mongering. You decide with the facts in front of you.

03

Documented

Disposal records, clearance results and filings, delivered at closeout and easy to share.
