Services

Seven services. One standard.

Hazardous materials are handled in-house, from first sample to final clearance, so every job is planned, contained and documented the same way.

Hazardous materials

01 · Asbestos

Controlled, start to finish.

Asbestos is only dangerous when it is disturbed, so the work is all about control. We coordinate inspection and sampling, then remove asbestos-containing materials inside sealed, negative-pressure containment with HEPA filtration.

Waste is wrapped, labeled and disposed of to regulation, and the area is cleared by air testing before anyone goes back in.

What’s included

  • Inspection and sampling coordination
  • Notifications and permits
  • Negative-pressure containment, HEPA filtration
  • Wrapped, labeled, manifested disposal
  • Visual inspection and air clearance

Typical applications

  • Pipe and boiler insulation
  • Floor tile and mastic
  • Ceiling materials and plaster
  • Siding and roofing
  • Pre-renovation surveys

02 · Lead

Lead-safe, dust-free.

Lead paint becomes a hazard as dust and chips. We support lead-based paint inspections, then stabilize or remove paint with dust-controlled methods and lead-safe work practices.

Before re-occupancy the space is cleaned and clearance-tested. That matters most in homes built before 1978, schools and childcare spaces.

What’s included

  • Inspection and risk-assessment support
  • Stabilization, enclosure or removal
  • Dust-controlled, lead-safe practices
  • Specialized cleaning
  • Clearance testing before re-occupancy

Typical applications

  • Pre-1978 homes and apartments
  • Windows, doors and trim
  • Schools and daycare
  • Commercial interiors
  • Pre-renovation prep

03 · Mold

Fix the water. Then the mold.

Mold always comes back if the water does. So we start with the moisture source, then contain the area, remove contaminated materials, HEPA-clean and treat surfaces.

Post-remediation verification confirms it is actually gone, not just painted over.

What’s included

  • Moisture source investigation
  • Containment and negative air
  • Removal of affected materials
  • HEPA cleaning and surface treatment
  • Post-remediation verification

Typical applications

  • Basements and crawlspaces
  • Bathrooms and kitchens
  • After leaks or flooding
  • Attics and roof leaks
  • Around HVAC equipment

04 · Abatement

Before it becomes a problem.

Abatement deals with hazardous building materials ahead of time: removal, encapsulation or enclosure, chosen for the material, the budget and what happens next.

We plan it around your schedule and occupants, so renovation, sale or demolition can go ahead on time.

What’s included

  • Removal, encapsulation or enclosure
  • Phased work around occupants
  • Coordination with your GC
  • Disposal records
  • Clearance and closeout documents

Typical applications

  • Before renovation
  • Before sale or refinance
  • Before demolition
  • Occupied buildings
  • Tenant fit-outs

05 · Remediation

Back to safe, on paper too.

Remediation returns a contaminated space to a safe, documented condition. We decontaminate, clean and verify, then hand the space over ready for restoration.

You get the records owners, insurers and inspectors ask for, in one closeout package.

What’s included

  • Decontamination and detailed cleaning
  • Removal of affected finishes
  • Verification testing
  • Restoration-ready handoff
  • Full documentation package

Typical applications

  • Post-abatement cleanup
  • Water and mold events
  • Residential and commercial interiors
  • Insurance claims
  • Property turnovers

06 · Power Washing

The right pressure for every surface.

Commercial and residential exterior cleaning, matched to the surface: pressure, temperature and detergent. Soft-wash for delicate materials like painted siding and roofing.

What’s included

  • Building facades
  • Concrete, driveways and sidewalks
  • Parking areas and dumpster pads
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Soft-wash for delicate surfaces

Typical applications

  • Retail and office frontages
  • Multifamily properties
  • HOAs and property managers
  • Pre-sale curb appeal
  • New construction handover

07 · Demolition

Demo that starts clean.

Selective interior demolition, strip-outs and debris removal. Because hazardous materials are surveyed and handled in-house first, demo starts clean and stays compliant.

No surprise stoppages halfway through when someone finds suspect material behind a wall.

What’s included

  • Selective interior demolition
  • Strip-outs to the structure
  • Debris removal and hauling
  • Hazardous materials handled first
  • Broom-clean handover

Typical applications

  • Commercial fit-outs
  • Kitchen and bath gut renovations
  • Office and retail turnovers
  • Pre-construction prep
  • Tenant move-outs
DProcess

Six steps, every time.

Whatever the material and whatever the size, the sequence never changes. That is what makes the result predictable.

  1. 01

    Assess

Site visit, identify materials, arrange sampling and define the scope.

  2. 02

    Plan

Written scope and schedule, notifications and permits filed.

  3. 03

    Contain

Isolate the work area, set up negative air, protect occupants.

  4. 04

    Remove

Abate or remediate with trained crews and HEPA equipment.

  5. 05

    Clear

Final cleaning, then air clearance or verification testing.

FQuestions

Straight answers.

Something we have not covered? Call (555) 555-0182 and ask. No pressure, no scare tactics.

Usually you can’t tell by looking. Suspect materials need to be sampled and tested by a lab. We coordinate inspection and sampling, explain the results in plain language, and only recommend work you actually need.

Often, yes. Work areas are sealed and kept under negative pressure, and we phase the job around occupants. For some residential projects we will suggest staying elsewhere for a few days, and we will tell you that upfront.

A single room is often one to three days including clearance. Larger projects are scheduled in phases. Either way, you get a written schedule before we start.

Yes. Where filings or notifications are required, we prepare and submit them as part of the plan, and copies go into your closeout paperwork.

A closeout package: the scope, disposal records, clearance or verification results and any required filings. It is the paperwork owners, buyers, insurers and inspectors ask for.

Not sure what you need?

Describe what you found. We will tell you honestly whether it needs testing, work, or nothing at all.
